Adolescents and young adults

Adolescence can be a wild, confusing ride—for young people and for their parents. I work with adolescents and young adults who are figuring out who they are, where they fit, and how to handle all the expectations coming at them from school, friends, family, peers, social media, and the world.

I offer a space that’s honest, non-patronizing, and LGBTQIA+ affirming, where we can talk about identity, anxiety, school pressure, family dynamics, gender expression, social life, bullying, social media, screen time, and everything in between.

For adolescents and parents navigating:

  • Identity and self-expression (especially for queer, trans, or questioning youth)

  • Feeling misunderstood or “too much”

  • School stress, learning challenges, peer pressure, or social anxiety

  • Relationships with parents, teachers, and authority figures

  • Developing a stronger sense of self in ways that make sense and feel good
