Psychotherapy for the community in the Castro and throughout California

About you

If you’re a couple, an individual, or a polycule struggling with relationships, communication, identity, substances, or sex and sexuality, you’re not alone. If you’re finding it difficult to navigate work stress, uncomfortable emotions, alcohol and other substances, or existing in this world, our work together can help you find a path forward.

You are welcome

No matter what you’re going through, all of you is welcome in the therapy room. In sharing what you think is unshareable you may be able to unlock your capacity for meaningful change. Our relationship can provide the support and safety you need to help you get what you want for your life.

In person and virtual

I work at the San Francisco Counseling Collective, and our office is located in the heart of the Castro—4200 18th Street, Suite 104—at the corner 18th and Collingwood. The building has a ramp, an elevator, and is accessible by public transportation.

I’m also available for telehealth appointments via Zoom.

I’ve lived in San Francisco since 2013 and have been with my partner since 2015. My varied life experiences and extensive pre-therapy career enable me to connect with and support clients from many backgrounds.

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and person-centered, which means I believe you have the capacity to find resolutions inside yourself, and my role is to support you as we explore together.
