I'm Patrick Fagan, a psychotherapist in the Castro. I’m gay, in recovery, and kink-identified, and I’ve spent enough years out, sober, and in the community that you won't have to spend your first sessions explaining every aspect of your life to me.
I work with gay men, queer couples, and people in open, kinky, and non-traditional relationships.
I’m familiar with ENM, leather culture, and the Castro community. I staff outreach booths at Folsom, Dore, and the Castro Night Markets.
